Admission Details, Entry Requirements and Application Documents
*Admission Details:
Course Duration: 1 year 3 months,1 year 6 months, 1 year 9 months
and 2 year courses
Classroom time: 20 hours/week (Monday ~ Friday) Mornings and Afternoons
Maximum number of students: 442(approx. 15 students/class)
Courses commence in: •April(2 year courses)
•July(1 year 9 months courses)
•October(1 year 6 months courses)
•January(1 year 3 months courses)
Course: Higher Education Course
Levels: Foundation/Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced
Entry Requirements: (1) Applicants must have completed 12 years of school education, and must be at least 18 years old.

(2) Applicants are required to have the Japanese Language ability equivalent to Level N5 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

(3)Applicant is able to pay his/her own school fees and living expenses.
Acceptance of Application Forms: At any time before deadlines.

*Application Documents
(1)The following items need to be prepared by the applicant.
* 1 An Application Form (attach a photo), Personal History Form
*2 An explanation of your reasons for studying Japanese
*3 A statement about your previous experience of studying Japanese.
4 10 Photos (3cm x 4cm), including the one attached to the application form
5 The original (or a certified copy) of your diploma or
graduation certificate from the last school of education
6 The original (or a certified copy) of your school transcript
from the same school as 5
7 A proof of employment from your company if you are employed
8 A photocopy of your passport - (if possible)
*9 The pledge to Aiwa Language School
10 Application Processing Fee - ¥25,000 (yen)
(2)Documents required from the Applicants' Financial Guarantor
*1 Covenant of the payment of applicant's school fees and living expenses
2 Official Statement of Guarantor's income and position within a company
3 Statement of the Guarantor's bank balance.
4 A photocopy of the Guarantor's bankbook.
5 A document which shows and proves the relationship between the Applicant and the Guarantor
